Help I Have Fallen:
HELP I Have Fallen and I can’t get up! I’m sure we’ve all snickered at that old commercial before.
It’s about a medical alert device to contact authorities in times of helpless need. But, you know, it’s really not all that funny when you have fallen.
Just think about this for a moment. Think how fearful it would be to have fallen and you can’t seem to get back up on your feet. What would you do? Would anyone come to help you? Help I have fallen and I can’t get up!
Will You Help-I Have Fallen and I Can’t Get Back Up:
At some point, we may or may not experience this situation physically, but I know for sure, it’s very possible to experience it spiritually speaking.
There are many people all around us who’ve fallen. People who’ve tripped up, people who’ve messed up, people who’ve fallen and don’t know how to get back up.
What would you do? Would anyone come to help? Will you come to help me? Oftentimes people feel too embarrassed to even ask anyone for help. Help I have fallen and I can’t get up!!
Galatians 6:1-3 says, “Dear brothers and sisters if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.
If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.” Keep in mind you may be the next person who has fallen. Help I Have Fallen-and I Can’t Get Up!
Far too often people feel judged, shamed and extremely embarrassed.
It’s time for us to show the love of Christ. We need to offer grace. No, we MUST administer Grace!!
It’s time for forgiveness. It’s time we at least try to help the Fallen!

I agree but I have reached out to some and some attack back. They think I’m judging them but I tell them I’m not. Only trying to help because I have been there and someone helped me grow and see where I was wrong. Only those who are wiling to learn want help. The others just want people to feel sorry for them so they remain on their pity pot.
I understand that fully Susie. It is a delicate issue and we have to handle every situation with complete grace and never judgement. It’s love that covers a multitude of sins!
Mike, there have been many times that I have fallen, but no one noticed or if they did, didn’t think I was worthy enough to be helped up. After periods of time, I managed to get myself back on track without a preacher’s help, a dragon’s help or anyone, but the hand of God. Sometimes I still wonder if ministers and preachers care for the people as they should.
Well I hate to hear that but I’m glad you got back up. Many times people simply don’t know what to do or what to say when someone has fallen.
Preachers are just regular men. Not all preachers are alike. Many will come to check on you when you have fallen. My friend Bro Kim came to check on me and he was about the only one who did. I’m glad he did.
He is a good example of the verses I posted above and I strive to keep this in mind at all times.
